Shipping & Returns

Your Āyurituals treasure, will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. We ship all orders through registered, recorded delivery, and are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.

International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of delivery. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns. To start a return, you can contact us at info@ayurituals.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you’re located outside the EU, when posting your return, please mark on the outside of the parcel that this is a “return shipment to origin”, to ensure that the parcel is not held in customs.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
